DEXMIN is a diversified holding and investment company, active in a wide range of industries. A family business established by the Mitchenko family with a deep-rooted pioneering spirit, known for their knowledge, developments and knowhow as engineers and scientists. Our investments cover such fields as water professionals as well as chemical, software and industrial design projects worldwide, including the ownership of several related patents.

In terms of monetary instruments, we prefer fixed income and collateralized debt. In terms of real estate investments, we focus our attention on commercial real estate, in particular in Central Eastern Europe. We closely monitor and analyze such countries as Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, and neighboring areas. As a long-term strategy in the region, we look to develop a balanced portfolio of office and warehousing/logistics real estate. Since 2018, we spend considerable human and financial resource analyzing opportunities with high return potential.
